When you make a purchase online, you must always check that the address of the page you are on starts with “https” (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure). After the order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. The only possibility is to cancel the order before payment is made. For any other questions concerning your orders, you can always contact us by e-mail: info@carobworld.com

At present, we accept payment online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, and others), MB Way and by Paypal.
After your order has been confirmed and the corresponding payment has been made, it will be processed. As soon as it is ready to send, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the order, including the invoice and the reference to be able to track your order.
Orders are dispatched up to 48 hours after confirmation of payment (working days), unless a product is temporarily out of stock.
